My husband and I bought this to have an electric grill at home. I really enjoyed the grill! We found it very easy and convenient to clean. The grates are great for cooking small pieces of meat. The grill does not stick at all. I would definitely recommend this grill to anyone who doesn't have easy access to a grill or anyone who wants to have a grill at home. We can't wait to have friends over to use it!

I ordered this for Mother's Day so we could have a barbecue experience at home. This was the first time we had prepared this and it turned out great! I researched for days to find the perfect indoor smokeless grill. I needed one that wasn't too big but was also efficient at cooking meat. First of all, the price is unbeatable for what you get. It's the perfect size for a table and doesn't take up too much space (we live in an apartment). The grill cooked the meat so fast, maybe even a little faster than the restaurant! The non-stick grill plate also makes it easy to flip the meat. As far as smoke goes, there was very little exit (no grill can be completely smoke free), which was great, but I would still suggest opening your windows for ventilation. Cleanup was a breeze because of the drip pan and non-stick plate.

I love this grill, easy to use, easy to clean and delicious! Also, the first one arrived with a broken screw (which I didn't notice at first), I asked for it to be replaced and it was replaced, before I even had a chance to pack a broken one and send it back! I was so impressed with how quickly they responded. I love the fact that it doesn't create smoke when baking.

I was attracted to buying this indoor grill because it advertised itself as smokeless and I live in a small apartment and wanted the option of an indoor grill that wouldn't make the house too greasy and smoky. So we used it and are quite happy with it!

This grill is perfect for our needs. I have had several indoor grills in the past and this one is by far the best. Fewer parts and safer, no large pillars pulling up to the ceiling when grease drips hit the heating element. And it's so easy to clean.

I've been using this electric grill for a few months and just want to share the experience here. It's great for indoor and outdoor rooftop barbecues, as it's illegal to use charcoal here. The size of this one is decent, just like in Korean restaurants. Convenience of having one at home where I could invite my friends over for a winter barbecue and go on the roof for an outdoor barbecue without having to buy charcoal. I mean charcoal BBQ is great, but we felt like we had a Korean BBQ at home with Korean style meat prepared? There are 5 modes to set the temperature so you don't have to worry about too much heat or overcooking your food.

I did quite a bit of research on indoor smokeless grills. I'm glad I chose this one. Heats up quickly...cooks like a charm. I've done steak, brats and pork chops and am very happy. Now, depending on the meat and if you add butter or oil, there is a little smoke from cooking the product...but not smoke like a gas or charcoal grill. Cleanup is a breeze and the unit is very light. Happy customer here.

The grill went for a long time, but still came. The pallet itself is made of foil, the metal can be bent with your fingers, the legs are screwed badly because of the paint that poured holes for them.
The grill itself is not bad, it warms up in seconds, until I tried to cook because of the unpleasant smell when heated. I need to clean it up and then I'll add it. So far, everything suits me for such money. The sales are very responsive.
